Your product is provided with a one year warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please ensure that you keep the receipt of purchase safe as it will be required for purchase verification.
Should there be a material or factory defect within one year from the date of purchase of this product, the product will be repaired or replaced by us - at our discretion - free of charge to you. This warranty implies that within the period of one year the defective product and the purchase receipt are presented as well as a written brief description of the defect and when/how it occurred.
Once we determine that the defect is covered by our warranty, you will receive the repaired or new product.
There will be no new warranty period starting with a repair replacement of the product.
Warranty period and statutory claims for defects:
The warranty period is not extended once the warranty has been claimed. This also applies to parts repaired or replaced. Any existing defects or damages observed upon unpacking at the time of purchase must be reported immediately. Any repairs carried out after the expiration of the warranty period are subject to a charge.
The product was manufactured according to strict quality guidelines and appropriately tested prior to delivery.
The warranty applies to material or factory defects only. This warranty does not include product parts that are subject to normal wear and tear and therefore can be considered wear parts; the same applies to damages at fragile parts, e.g. Parts made of glass.
This warranty becomes null and void if the product is damaged or not used as intended.
Any form of use and handling deemed odd or inappropriate may void the warranty.
The product is only intended for private use and not commercial use. In the case of incorrect or improper treatment, use of force or unauthorised modifications or disassembly, the warranty shall cease.
